Jr. Project Manager

As a Junior Project Engineer or Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the planning and execution of hospital construction and renovation projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality construction, controlling costs, and coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and hospital stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of hospital construction and renovation projects - Ensure timely delivery, quality construction, and cost control - Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and hospital stakeholders - Maintain strong knowledge of structural, finishing, MEP works, and contractor management - Utilize project planning tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel - Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills - Work at multiple sites in Tirupur and Chennai - Immediate joiners are preferred Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering - 2 to 4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in hospital or commercial buildings - Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, MEP works, and contractor management - Proficiency in project planning tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel - Excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills Please note that the job is full-time in person at our Chennai location.
