Jr. Project Manager

As a Junior Project Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and schedules. - Supporting the design, drafting, and review of engineering drawings and technical documents for STP, ETP, and Solid Waste Management projects. - Conducting site visits, inspections, and assessments for STP/ETP and MSW/Bio-Mining projects. - Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project components. - Tracking project progress and assisting in preparing status reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. - Ensuring adherence to engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines. - Participating in meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Experience or internship exposure in the design or construction of STP/ETP and Solid Waste Management projects is highly preferred. - 02 years of relevant professional experience. Skills required for this position: - Basic understanding of project management principles. - Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, solid waste management systems, or related environmental engineering concepts. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus. - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,
