Jr. Production Merchandiser

Hyve Sports Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and skilled Merchandiser with 3 to 4 years of experience in knits, capable of managing orders independently from development to dispatch. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn new products and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle knitwear orders independently throughout the production cycle
• Manage sampling and product development processes
• Prepare costing sheets and handle price negotiations
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely material sourcing and order execution
• Collaborate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to meet delivery timelines
• Address production challenges and ensure order accuracy
• Support late-night dispatches when required
• Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the order process
• Willingness to travel for vendor meetings or approvals

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidate preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in knitwear merchandising
• Strong interest in learning new products and development techniques
• Excellent in vendor management, costing, and order tracking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
