Jr Procurement Specialist

You will be joining Hitachi Digital, a company dedicated to leading digital transformation and aiming to become a global player in the digital market. As part of the Sourcing & Procurement team, you will work closely with stakeholders to strategically source services and goods for various categories primarily in India. Your role will involve preparing contracts, liaising with Legal teams and suppliers, ensuring timely contract renewals, managing sourcing projects, and developing a global preferred supply base. Your responsibilities will include serving as a trusted business advisor, leading sourcing events and negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining best-in-class supply base. You will need at least 3+ years of experience in procurement sourcing and category management, along with a solid understanding of procurement law and experience in categories such as Facilities, Marketing, Human Resources, or Finance. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
