Jr. Pharmacist

Job Description :

Reports To : Senior Pharmacist

• Ordering and selling medicines and other stock.
• Familiarize self with current new pharmaceutical preparations prescribed for utilization by patients to be able to render assistance to hospital staff.
• Provide guidance on medications and prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs in line with hospital policies.

· Skills to undertake or assist with patients in emergency situations by providing basic life support including all emergency codes.

• Audit semi-annually the inventory levels and the non-moving medicines.

· Replace the going to be expired medicines before 3 months from the date of expiry.

· Maintain all indicators data.

· Ensure proper medication records maintenance.

· Ensure that all the compliances is as per rules and regulations of the government.

· Supervise the drug dispensing protocol and cross check by the senior pharmacist.

· Check for records maintained for drugs dispensed inside the hospital or for out-patients.

· Must process prescriptions and then it’s complete dispensing without any delay.

· Preparation of Goods Receive Notes.

· Checking of received medication.

· Handling of ward Indents.

· Counseling of patient regarding medicine.

· Monitoring stock taking.

· Follow all NABH guideline.

· To maintain NABH indicator data and submit it to Quality Department.

· If required you have to do multitasking.

· Any other work given by the administration and CMD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
