Jr. Pharmacist

• Serves patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies.

Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.

• Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians' work flow; verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals; verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
• Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals;
• Protects patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies by taking prior approval
• Preparing kits like IOL, DCR, DCT, Lasik,Retina.
• Check stocks daily and Maintain optimal stock levels;
• Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies;
• Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
• Keeps and updates records of good received and issued;
• Dispose of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure with intimation to central store and purchase department approval;
• All received stock to be entered in the pharmacy management information system
• Daily Update Consumptions , Stock maintenance

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
