Staff Nurse

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Responsible for direct nursing care of the assigned patients · Co-ordinate with the doctors and other departments to provide total care to the patients · Knowledge about treatment outlined by the physician · Provide prompt and effective bedside care · Ensure proper bedside handover and takeover · Ensure morning care and personal hygiene of patients · Observe and evaluate the patient’s condition constantly · Report issues/abnormalities related to patients immediately · Administer the usage of medicines as per doctor’s instructions · Counsel patient and family members on proper usage of medicines and nutritional needs · Follow protocol for: admission, discharge, death, transfer out/transfer in · Assist consultant doctors during rounds · Prepare and assist in various bedside procedures · Follow pre and post operation care instructions · Collect investigation reports and inform doctor · Indent prescribed medicines and inform non availability · Follow blood transfusion policy · Ensure case sheets are properly stacked in racks · Maintain patient’s records and condition with utmost confidentiality. · Take consent from the patient for all special procedures and investigations · Accompany patients on need basis · Sterilize all the instruments and keep the trays ready · Prevent wastage and misuse of supplies · Follow infection control policy · Participate in all training and self development programs · Implement safety precautions for patients & self · Management reserves the right to transfer either intra hospital or to any of our other hospital units to perform your duties Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Nursing: 3 years (Required) Language: Telugu, English & Hindi (Required) License/Certification: Nursing License (Required)
