• Textile Technology
• Fashion Merchandising
• Supply Chain Management
✔ 2–4 years in a textile/garment manufacturing unit
✔ Experience in merchandising + purchase
• Coordinate between Merchandising Head & vendors
• Understand buyer requirements & tech packs
• Handle sampling, approvals & communication
• Track production timelines
• Maintain records of approvals & orders
• Support pre-production communication
• Source fabrics, trims, accessories & packaging
• Raise POs as per production plan
• Negotiate with suppliers for quality & pricing
• Track material deliveries
• Conduct basic QC checks
• Maintain strong vendor relationships
