Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in industrial design, preferably in a design studio or agency
- Experience with CAD software and 3D modelling tools, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor
- Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques
- Familiarity with design principles, including user-centered design and form and function
- The ability to communicate design ideas effectively, both verbally and through technical drawings
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- The ability to analyze and solve complex design challenges
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot design flaws
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
