Jr. Manager/Asst Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Should be

  CA

  and have knowledge of Indian GAAP as well IND AS.
• Must have knowledge in ERP preferably SAP. 
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual accounts and get the same cleared from the Statutory Auditor. Completion of Quarterly Limited Review and Annual Audit
•  Prepare the necessary details / presentation and financial accounts for the Audit Committee / Board Meeting. 
• Compile details for annual accounts including Directors Report, review of cost audit as well as tax audit.  
• Coordination with payable & accounting team and resolving major areas of concern for monthly accounting activities. Review of raw material accounting, evaluation of landed cost ensuring all elements of cost are correctly booked in system
• Reconciliation of monthly financial accounts with management accounts presented by costing team and analysis of major cost variances.
• Review all liabilities, analysis of open GRIR ageing and identifying actions with respect to open GRIR over 30 days.
• Review of all advances paid, ensuring timely settlement of advances, circulating MIS to management.
• Monthly reconciliation of all major customer accounts, vendor accounts & inter-company accounts, reconciliation items identifying actions to close open items.
• Review of Internal Audit recommendations. Implementation / closing of the same in consultation with user department.
• Fixed Asset Capitalization, review of CWIP settlement. Accounting for Fixed Asset sold / discarded / write-off 
• Coordination with Indirect Taxation team for (a) Turnover reconciliation, (b) reconciliation of Input Credit availed with Purchase register & (c) any other matter relating to filing of GST returns.
• Resolving all areas relating to GST Audit together with Indirect tax team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
