✅ Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Import Export Manager to help manage the company’s international shipping and customs work. You will make sure that imported raw materials and exported finished goods move smoothly without any problems. You will work with government agencies, shipping companies, and our internal teams to keep everything on track.

✅ Main Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day import and export work
• Prepare and check important documents like invoices, packing lists, and shipping papers
• Work with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Ensure goods are cleared by customs on time
• Keep track of shipments and solve any problems during transportation
• Follow government rules and regulations for import and export
• Maintain records of shipments, taxes, and payments
• Communicate with overseas customers and suppliers
• Help reduce costs in shipping and find good transport partners

✅ Skills Needed

• Good knowledge of import-export rules and documents
• Understand shipping terms (like Incoterms) and how customs work
• Able to use MS Excel and other computer programs
• Good at solving problems and organizing work
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✅ Education & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, International Trade, or related field
• At least 4 years of work experience in Import & Export, especially in a manufacturing company
• Experience working with government departments like Customs and DGFT is a plu
