JR HR

1. Team Interaction & Engagement (Saturday Visits)

• Meet and interact with all team members.
• Collect feedback on workload, morale, and issues.
• Identify any early signs of burnout or disengagement.
• Conduct casual “1-on-1 catch-ups” to maintain good team culture.

2. Attendance & Discipline Monitoring

• Track attendance & punctuality (late comers, leave patterns).
• Update the founder or HR head about concerns.
• Suggest positive disciplinary actions (eg: warnings, counseling).

3. Hiring Support

• Maintain a tracker of manpower needs (designers, sales, tech, interns).
• Assist in screening CVs and scheduling interviews during weekdays.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates.

4. Onboarding & Exit

• Welcome and introduce new team members.
• Ensure team orientation: workspace, team leads, basic rules.
• Exit interviews & feedback collection when someone leaves.

5. HR Records & Files

• Maintain digital records of:
• Resumes
• Offer letters
• Employee joining forms
• ID proofs
• Attendance tracker
• Keep simple weekly HR reports ready for management.

6. Culture Building

• Suggest and help plan fun Saturday activities.
• Small celebration ideas (work anniversaries, birthdays).
• Conduct quick sessions on soft skills, hygiene, communication, etc.

7. Support for Founder/CEO

• Update weekly HR summary: team performance, issues, hiring updates.
• Be a bridge between management and employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
