Job Description

We are looking for recent graduate with 2+ year of experience in Human Resources &/or general office Administration experience and lot of enthusiasm to learn. Must be able to drive as occasional local travel is required to client sites.
  • Responsible for the administrative functions of recruiting and on boarding process
  • Prepares new employee files and documents.
  • On-boarding presentations to the new hires.
  • Collect and reconcile time sheets.
  • Maintain the timesheet system
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Maintain job databases and other documents as needed

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of corporate work experience
  • Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, social media, Google docs etc
  • Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive.
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field.
