Role Overview

creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop engaging designs for digital & print media (social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals).
• 
  
• Assist in creating layouts, templates, and graphics aligned with ITUS branding guidelines.
• 
  
• Support the marketing team in campaign visuals, catalogues, and tender-related design requirements.
• 
  
• Work closely with the BD–Marketing team to deliver on-time creative solutions.
• 
  
• Maintain an organized repository of designs, images, and templates for reuse.
• 
  
• Coordinate with external vendors/printers when required.
• 
  
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 
  
• 0–1+ years of experience in graphic designing (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
• 
  
• Proficiency in design tools:

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva

  .
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools will be an added advantage.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative output under deadlines.
• 
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
