Job Title: Junior Garment Merchandiser

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Garment Merchandiser to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders
• Monitor the entire order process from sampling to shipment
• Follow up with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records of product specifications, production status, and approvals
• Handle costing, price negotiations, and order confirmations
• Ensure product quality standards and buyer requirements are met
• Assist in market research and sourcing of raw materials/fabrics as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing, Textile Engineering, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in garment merchandising
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and fabrics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and communication tools
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
