BookMyFarm is a platform connecting customers with farm stays / rural tourism experiences / farm-based services. We aim to deliver seamless experience from inquiry through stay, ensuring our users feel welcome, supported, and excited about their farm experience.

Role Overview

As a Junior Executive, you will be the frontline representative of BookMyFarm. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, managing booking processes, onboarding new vendors or properties, and communicating with clients. You will ensure that clients have the information they need, that bookings are accurate and timely, and onboarding of new farmhouse/villa partners happens smoothly. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from potential and existing clients; answer queries about availability, pricing, facilities, and policies.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm bookings, or remind clients of upcoming stays.
  • Manage the booking process end-to-end: check availability, confirm dates, send booking confirmation, collect necessary information, issue invoices, etc.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new properties (farmhouses/villas): collect property details, photos, amenities, terms and conditions; ensure they meet platform standards.
  • Maintain timely communications with clients via phone, email, and messaging (WhatsApp etc.): provide updates, solve issues, collect feedback.
  • Keep track of client requests, complaints, and ensure quick resolution or escalate when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, property data in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, vendor relations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Uphold BookMyFarm’s service standards and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+2 (High School Diploma); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Experience (6 months – 1 year) in customer service, telecalling, bookings, operations, or similar role preferred.
  • Good telephone etiquette; ability to speak clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), email, WhatsApp, booking/CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused, good problem solver.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
