Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers in daily operations and technical work. Handle basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation tasks. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals. Operate machinery or equipment as per safety guidelines. Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to standards. Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of work done. Support in project execution and field activities. Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams. Eligibility Criteria: Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or related field. Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Basic knowledge of tools, machines, and measuring instruments. Ability to read technical drawings and documents. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Understanding of safety procedures and industry standards. Problem-solving and analytical ability. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
