Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing professional at our company, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence. - Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. - Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. - Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests. - Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Managing Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing. - Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners. - Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership for adoption where appropriate. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Creating and maintaining client relationships. - Being self-motivated yet customer-focused. - Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns. Education/Experience: - Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a related field. - Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry. - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. - Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). - Working knowledge of ad serving tools. - Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
