We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (In-Person, Nashik)

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a sharp and proactive Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, timely billing, and identifying opportunities to upsell and build deeper partnerships with our existing clients.

What You'll Do:

• Track and coordinate ongoing client work and deliverables
• Monitor billing cycles and follow up on payments
• Maintain strong, consistent communication with clients
• Identify and pitch relevant upselling opportunities
• Ensure client satisfaction and solve minor roadblocks proactively
• Maintain documentation and CRM data hygiene

Who You Are:

• A confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Strong organizer with attention to detail
• Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Able to handle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative team environment
