Join Nyusoft Solutions – Innovate, Build, and Grow! We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with Lead Business Analysts and Project Managers to support project planning, requirement gathering, documentation, and client communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the Lead Business Analyst and cross-functional teams.
• Document detailed business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Identify reference websites to guide UI/UX and design decisions.
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Assist in wireframe creation and feature definition.
• Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Apply understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project workflows.
• Utilize AI tools for research, documentation, or productivity enhancements.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 6 months – 1 Year in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Education: BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, BE, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of SDLC, wireframing, and documentation tools.
• Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Experience with AI tools (preferred).
