Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Ambattur. The Junior Architect will contribute to architectural design and project management by assisting with planning, drafting, and creating designs. The role includes collaborating on detailed architectural drawings, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with design standards. The candidate will also take part in overseeing implementation to maintain design integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of spatial planning, material use, and construction techniques
• Experience with Project Management, including task coordination, team collaboration, and deadline adherence
• Familiarity with Software Development for architectural design, with proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
• Ability to handle Integration of various systems and elements to ensure a cohesive design outcome
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and innovation
• Educational background in Architecture or a related field; a professional degree in architecture is preferred
• Prior experience working on diverse projects is an advantage
