About Us

Maruti Industries is a growing sheet-metal fabrication and precision manufacturing company serving leading biomedical, electrical, and industrial clients. We are strengthening our internal systems and looking for a dedicated Junior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounts, finance records, and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Sales & Purchase Invoices.
• Maintain Inward & Outward Challans.
• Handle payment follow-ups with customers and update status daily.
• Track and process vendor/supplier payments.
• Submit monthly financial data to CA for GST returns and compliance.
• Perform bank related work (deposits, cheques, NEFT/RTGS, passbook updates).
• Record cash inflow & outflow on a daily basis.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all vouchers, challans, invoices.
• Assist management with basic MIS reports and ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts (freshers with strong basics may also apply).
• Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Invoicing.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
