Role Overview:

An entry-level accounting position designed for candidates eager to learn all facets of corporate finance — from invoices to reconciliations — within a high-growth, process-oriented group.

Job Description:

Position: Junior Accountant
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Reporting to: Team Lead – Accounts / Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
• Support Accounts Payable – vendor bills, GRNs, and payment processing.
• Assist Accounts Receivable – invoice posting, receipts, and customer follow-up.
• Prepare bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting schedules.
• Handle petty cash and employee reimbursement entries.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (including internship)
• Good understanding of accounting entries and GST basics
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally
• Eager learner with strong attention to detail
• Pay Scale - As per Industry Standards
• Joining - Immediate
