Job description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Boy / Admin assistant (Male candidate only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. Responsibilities: Office Opening & Closing Oversee general office operations and maintain a tidy and organized work environment. Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed. Estamp duties Serving in Pantry & Management Assist in Kitchen Management Marinating bills, reports, records Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Flexible in timings Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Boy / Assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. Looking for an immediate joiner. Education and Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English is required.
