Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate and eager individuals, including recent graduates, to join our growing Customer Support team. This role is perfect for someone hungry to learn and grow in their career. Even if you don't have prior experience, if you are willing to learn and dedicated to working hard, you can start with a Internship - customer support role and grow within the company.

Position: Intern, Customer Support Specialist (FRESHERS ONLY with Exceptional Communication skills)

· Shift: Rotational Shift (including night shifts)

· Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-tier support to users.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via email and phone.
  • Assist in the daily operations of our SaaS platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and learn API and SaaS applications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (2023/2024 graduates).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Willingness to learn API, SaaS applications, and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
