Jr. Accountant

As an Accountant at our company located in Road No 9, VKIA AREA, JAIPUR, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Book Keeping and transaction recording - Filing of GST returns - TDS booking in Tally - Inward - Outward stock entry in TALLY ERP - Bill Entry in ERP on a daily basis (Consumable Purchase, direct & Indirect Expenses, Import & Export Bills & Travelling Bills) - Ledger Confirmation for Debtor & Creditor - Monthly - Record keeping and filing - Assistance in quarterly audits by providing bills and resolving queries - Coordination with concern heads for necessary corrections in bills - Monitoring day-to-day accounting activities - Creation of Vendor & JV Posting on ERP - Vendor reconciliation - Preparation of debtors statement - Preparation and filing of GST Returns, RCM Working & Tax Deposit - Verification of GST Credit & GST -2A - Maintenance of GST records - Internal Audit rectifications and responses - Preparation of E-way Bill - Proficiency in Ms. Excel with knowledge of VLOOKUP & Pivot Table is mandatory In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Additionally, experience of 2 years in GST, 2 years in Accounting, and 3 years in Tally is required for this role. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.,
