Jr. Accountant

You are a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant who will be an integral part of our finance team. You will assist in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and practices. This role is perfect for someone eager to advance their career in accounting and finance. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reviewing and reconciling employee expense reports, performing monthly bank reconciliations, supporting audits by providing necessary documentation, accurately entering financial data, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards, providing assistance to senior accountants and managers, and handling other related duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. While 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience is preferred, fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework may also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP is required. A basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential, and pursuing or being willing to pursue CPA or other relevant certifications is a plus.
