Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Assist in preparation of invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Assist with internal audits and tax filings
  • Maintain documentation and filing of financial records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience (internship or full-time)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in invoice generation and vendor management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
