Mutual Tuning with all Dept., Joiners, Subordinate and External consultant and auditors
Timely update of Books of Accounts
Trial balance analysis and reconciliation with Sister Concern on monthly basis
Reconciliation of accounts with Customers and Suppliers every quarter
Reconciliation of TDS Receivable and Payable from Customers with 26AS on quarterly basis
Regular Checking of book Entries in voucher label and ensure to error less work of his joiners Work
To ensure timely Bills entries of all Supplier & Contractor if not keep following
To ensure timely Payment of Statutory Dues & File return of all statuary
Timely rectification in books as per observation
Timely Submission of Monthly Report As required by the management.
Tax planning and discussion accordingly with concern authorities Quarterly
