Freshers are welcome!
Experience in BPO(International Voice or Chat) is a plus.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week offs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice and chat support in a professional and empathetic manner.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Maintain product and service knowledge to respond accurately to customer questions.
Collaborate with team leads and support staff to meet performance metrics
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.
