The KYC Lifecycle Team performs detailed KYC checks on new and existing clients to fulfil KYC & AML regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions, allowing our clients to engage in a risk compliant manner. This role will include the understanding of KYC lifecycle and manage complete KYC process. In this role you will be liaising with our clients, front and middle office staff to obtain KYC documentation of existing customers as part of reviews, interfacing with internal stakeholders on any KYC lifecycle related queries and conducting research clients to obtain KYC data from public sources. Interacting within wider Business Units for the implementation of policies and procedures; execute oversight function to monitor; and provide training to employees Proactive management of client escalations, issues and other items that require special handling related to KYC record completions Managing/attending various Company & Client level working groups or forums that monitor and provide oversight to key AML risk.
