The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finishing works on-site, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and budget standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, false ceiling, and other related activities. Monitor and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Conduct quality checks and ensure that work is executed as per drawing, specifications, and quality standards. Manage and control project budgets, track material consumption, and optimize cost without compromising on quality.
