Position: Reservation Executive Location: Ramada Goa Vagator, Goa Experience: 1–3 years preferred in Reservations/Front Office/Customer Service (Hotel Industry) Key Responsibilities: Handle guest reservations efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms. Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams for smooth booking operations. Ensure accurate data entry into reservation systems. Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective upselling techniques. Provide excellent pre-arrival guest service and support. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests professionally. Requirements: Prior experience in hotel reservations or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication skills (English; knowledge of Hindi and local languages is a plus). Strong computer and systems knowledge (experience with PMS like Opera/Fidelio preferred).
