Ramada Goa Vagator is seeking a passionate and skilled Commis II – Tandoor Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing authentic tandoori dishes, support daily kitchen operations, and uphold high food quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing a variety of tandoori dishes including rotis, naan, kebabs, and grilled items. Ensure proper handling and use of the tandoor oven, skewers, and marination techniques. Maintain high food hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness as per FSSAI norms. Follow recipes and presentation specifications as instructed by senior chefs. Ensure timely preparation and smooth execution during meal service. Assist with inventory checks and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Coordinate effectively with other kitchen sections (hot kitchen, pantry, etc.). Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure food safety compliance. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as Commis II or in a tandoor kitchen role. Good understanding of Indian tandoori cooking techniques . Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene protocols. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. What We Offer Competitive salary and service charge.
