Maintain production records including shift-wise output, downtime, and efficiency reports. Plan, allocate, and manage manpower across shifts to ensure smooth operations. Ensure timely completion and maintenance of machine records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance logs. Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to resolve any production or equipment issues. Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the store or purchase department as needed. Prepare shift handover reports and communicate any critical observations to relevant departments. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and productivity within the production area. Work efficiently in both day and night shifts on a rotation basis. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering. 0–4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role. Good understanding of production planning and shop floor activities. Hands-on experience in preparing and managing production and machine records. Ability to lead and manage manpower effectively.
