Role Overview: We are looking for a field-oriented, disciplined, and hands-on individual to join us as Assistant Site Incharge for our Birida Graphite Mines project. The site is currently undeveloped, and no infrastructure exists. Everything needs to be built from scratch including roads, plant area, office setup, electricity, water, housing, mining, etc. Key Responsibilities: Support the Site Incharge in setting up the entire site from scratch, mining layout, approach roads, fencing, water and electricity supply, etc. Help coordinate with civil contractors, local workers, machinery suppliers, and government authorities for basic development. Maintain daily site activity records, manpower logs, fuel tracking, and contractor bills. Ensure proper safety and work discipline during initial setup and construction. Coordinate materials movement, procurement tracking, and basic storekeeping. Regularly report progress to Head Office / Rayagada GMO, flag issues, and share ground photos. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum Graduate or Diploma in any field (technical background preferred). Experience: 2–4 years in site operations, construction, mining, or factory development. About the Requirement Pradhan Industries is currently inviting applications for the position of Cook to manage day-to-day meal preparation for our staff colonies at Lakshmipur and Bandhamandi graphite beneficiation plants . Each site has around 30–70 plant personnel residing or working on-site. We are looking for a dedicated, clean, and health-conscious cook who can manage daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, using less oil, low spice , and locally preferred Odia-style meals . This position is very important for maintaining staff health and satisfaction. Preference will be given to cooks who are familiar with traditional Odia delicacies , simple vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and who understand the routine and food habits of industrial workers. Key Job Responsibilities Meal Preparation Cook daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 30–50 people. Prepare simple, healthy, and non-spicy meals using local ingredients. Serve food on time as per plant schedules (breakfast by 7:00 AM, lunch by 12:30 PM, dinner by 8:00 PM). Ensure food is warm, hygienic, and properly cooked without excess oil or masala. Menu Planning Prepare weekly menu in consultation with Plant In-charge or Office staff. Include basic Odia delicacies like dalma, saga bhaja, santula, arua / tomato khatta, machha tarkari (optional), boiled egg curry, chicken curry, etc. Must be comfortable with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. We are currently inviting applications for the post of Storekeeper at our beneficiation plant units. The candidate must be experienced, reliable, and capable of handling all types of material movement, store documentation, diesel handling, and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Material Receiving & Verification Receive materials sent from Head Office (Bhubaneswar), GMO (Rayagada), or directly by vendors. Physically verify items with Plant In-charge or relevant department before accepting. Record material in Daily Material Receipt Register, post entries into Tally software, and update the stock register daily. Material Issue Process Issue materials (spares, consumables, tools, etc.) only against signed requisition slips from Plant In-charge or Shift Supervisor.
