Job Description for the Position of Mobilizer Job Title: Mobilizer Company: Aditya Birla Skills Centre Location: Rayagada Job Summary: The Mobilizer will be responsible for identifying, counselling, and enrolling eligible youth (age:18-30 year) into various skill development programs offered by the centre. The role demands strong communication skills, networking abilities, and a commitment to community outreach to ensure full batch occupancy and successful program implementation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to identify potential candidates for various training programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, schools, colleges, self-help groups, NGOs, and government bodies. Organize and conduct mobilization activities like roadshows, door-to-door campaigns, community meetings, and awareness sessions. Counsel candidates and their families about the program benefits, career opportunities, and placement support. Handle pre-enrolment documentation and support in candidate registration as per project guidelines. Coordinate with trainers and the centre team to ensure a smooth transition of mobilized candidates into training. Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, leads generated, and follow-ups. Provide weekly and monthly reports on mobilization performance. Support in other centre activities like events, training support, placement drives, etc., as and when required. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field mobilization, community engagement, or related roles. Own Two-Wheeler is mandatory for field visits. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good local network and knowledge of the community Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email) Willingness to travel extensively within the target area Passion for working in the development sector Understanding of local language and culture Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹8,960.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
