To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma with 10-15 years of experience in production, a good understanding of engineering drawings, familiarity with Jishu Hozen, expertise in QCC and automotive core tools like FMEA, as well as proficiency in 7QC tools and problem-solving techniques.
