Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and lenses. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and add-ons. Educate customers about various lens types, coatings, and optical products. Take accurate frame and facial measurements to ensure proper fit. Process sales transactions and manage billing using POS systems. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in optical products.
