Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager-Micro Enterprise Loan(MEL) Function/Department: Rural Banking Job Purpose The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support Relationship Manager in identifying Business owners / entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and assessing their business loan needs. Conduct field audits and customer verifications to ensure high quality of accounts. Gather latest Market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks. Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
