Job Title: Branch Manager - Emerging Markets (MSME/LAP/Secured BL) Location: Hyderabad, Nagarkurnool, Peddapalli, Mancherial Reporting To: Cluster Business Head Responsibilities Includes: Business target: Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch. • Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention of existing customers. Lead generation & management activities • Monitoring the activities of the BDEs and ensure regular flow of business • Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents to ensure regularly and steady flow of business from major sourcing channels • Planning & execution of marketing activities of the location with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis • Monitoring productivity of the BDEs and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis Principal Accountabilities Business Process flow & Management Responsible for loan file logins as per the product & policy norms of UGRO. Location visits to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal • Ensuring proper & complete documentation of loan file put up for sanction. • Management of post sanction documentation i.e. disbursement documentation. • Ensuring customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned & disbursed. Team recruitment & training • Responsible for recruitment of BDEs, training them and ensuring the productivity levels as per the norms of the company. Portfolio Quality Management • Responsible for management of portfolio quality. • Responsible for closure of outstanding post disbursal documentation • Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for regularization of the loan Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate. Experience: minimum 01 to 03Years as a Branch Manager with any reputed NBFC, with overall minimum 05 to 08years into Secured Mortgage sales
