Facilitate resolution on customer complaint, working jointly with service desk team Follow-up & logically close on all customer commitment with respect to post sales (Installation/Repair/Free gifts) Process: Maintaining the proper display of goods in the section as per merchandising mantra. Ensure Ticketing is done as per standards and is always updated. Stock counts to be done as per the defined processes Maintains Customer data for follow-up in the Follow up Register. Continuous Learning : Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge, promotions, processes and policies Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store. • Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases. • Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock. • Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards. • Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned. • Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers. • Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge. • Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product. • Handle customer queries effectively. • Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager. • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. • Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift. • Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations. • Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the store. • Other duties as assigned by the superior.
