Job Description: A contact center serves as the first level of contact between the business and its client. Ø Answers all inbound Calls in professional and appropriate manner. Ø Handles call consists of tracking shipment, scheduling pickup, KYC, customer services and other queries related to import and export shipment. Ø Assigns, generates sales freight leads to concern department. Ø Schedules account and cash customer pickup. Ø Follow-up with customer when necessary.
