Job Title: Customer Care Success ExecutiveLocation: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Department: Customer Service Job Type: Full-Time (Day/Night Shifts) Position Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Care Success Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through calls and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for clients. Candidates with prior experience in Customer Care, BPO, or as a Telecaller are preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently. Resolve queries and provide accurate information regarding products/services. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Document customer interactions and update records in the system. Escalate issues to the concerned department when required. Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.
