Job Location: 1. Kolkata – West Bengal – India. - 1 Position. Key Roles & Responsibilities: · Crafting detailed contracts that outline project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables. · Float tenders for civil contractors, vendors, and consultants & Evaluate bids technically and commercially. · Draft & review LOIs (Letters of Intent), Work Orders, and Contract Agreements. · Working with various teams to align project goals, including architects and subcontractors. · Define clear scope of work, payment terms, penalties, escalation clauses, etc. · Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle. · Formulating plans to address and minimize identified risks. · Maintaining positive interactions with clients to facilitate smooth project execution. · Managing and resolving client grievances effectively. · Monitoring material costs, labour expenses, and commodity price escalations. · Tracking interim payment schedules, managing deductions and advances, and ensuring timely and accurate billing. Skills Required: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding construction methodologies. Organizational Skills: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines, Team Player Experience of working in ERP Software, Microsoft Office, PPT, Auto Cad.
