Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Medicine Delivery & Tracking Executive to manage the timely and accurate delivery of medicines to customers and ensure real-time tracking of orders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt deliveries and proper handling of medicines while keeping records updated. Key Responsibilities: Ensure safe and timely delivery of medicines to customers at their doorstep. Collect medicines from the warehouse or pharmacy and verify orders before dispatch. Use GPS or tracking apps to ensure optimized delivery routes. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and customer signatures. Update delivery status in the system or app regularly. Communicate with the operations team regarding delivery status, delays, or customer queries. Handle medicines with care, following all safety and hygiene protocols. Ensure cold chain management (if applicable for certain medicines). Manage cash collection or digital payment confirmation if required. Report any discrepancies or issues with orders immediately. Assist in stock movement and basic warehouse duties if needed. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or above. Valid Driving License (2-wheeler/4-wheeler, as applicable). Familiarity with delivery tracking applications and GPS navigation. Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Basic understanding of handling medicines (training will be provided if required). Strong communication and customer handling skills. Physically fit and punctual. Previous experience in medicine delivery or e-pharmacy logistics preferred.
