E-Pharmacy Sales Assistant ( FEMALE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to join our Epharmacy Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales. Your primary role will be to contact potential customers, explain our epharmacy services, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain epharmacy services, products, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Answer customer queries and address concerns effectively.
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth order processing.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
• Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Pharma Sales, or Customer Support.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Preferred: Candidates with Pharma/Healthcare Sales background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
