Job Description – Faculty & Notes Section Executive (SSC, Banking, Railway Exams) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: IBT Phoolbagan, Kolkata Department: Academic & Content Development ⸻ 1. Job Purpose To deliver high-quality teaching and prepare well-structured study materials for SSC, Banking, and Railway exam aspirants, ensuring up-to-date syllabus coverage, exam-oriented practice, and excellent student support. ⸻ 2. Key Responsibilities Faculty Role Teach domain subjects Prepare lesson plans, PPTs, and class notes for each session. Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide extra help to weaker students. Discuss mock test solutions and exam strategies. Use digital teaching tools for online/hybrid classes when required. Monitor student performance and share feedback with the academic team. Notes Section Role Prepare, compile, and update subject-wise study notes based on faculty lectures. Ensure content accuracy, proper formatting, and grammar. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject area. Strong command over English and/or Hindi/Bengali. Familiarity with SSC, Banking, and Railway exam syllabus & trends. Proficiency in MS Word, PDF formatting, and online teaching tools. Good communication skills and team coordination ability. 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Faculty: 100% syllabus completion within planned timeline. Average student feedback rating ≥ 8/10. Notes Section: All notes uploaded within 48 hours of lecture. Zero factual or formatting errors in materials. Monthly content update as per latest exam trends.
