Ensure strict compliance with applicable quality codes and standards , such as: ASME Sec IX AWS D1.1 / D1.2 ISO 17637 / ISO 9712 Client or project-specific QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans) Conduct Visual Testing (VT) and Dimensional Inspection in areas where NDT is not applicable or specified as "NO NDT" zones. Maintain and calibrate NDT instruments regularly and ensure they are certified and traceable to national standards. Participate in internal audits, third-party inspections , and client witness tests as required.
