Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding admission inquiries and generate office Walkins. Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities. Guide students through the admission process and encourage them to apply. Maintain records of calls and student details in CRM/ERP systems. Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure admission closures. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets. Requirements: Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree mandatory). Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi required, local language preferred). Prior experience in tele counseling, tele sales, or customer service will be an added advantage. Patience and professionalism in handling queries. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
